- Mug for tea
- Dress cozy in layers- the room can be cold at first and then gets toasty!
- Resourcing item- this may be a small stuffy, a blanket, a scarf, a crystal, a lip balm etc- anything that feels good to you and brings comfort.
- The space has yoga mat/bolsters/blankets but if you prefer to bring your own please do!
